THERMO AND THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTERS

The most widely spread digital printing technology for further printing of variable figures on self-adhesive labels is thermo technology (DT – direct thermal) and thermal transfer (TT – thermal transfer) one. In order to create a picture, thermal energy is transferred by means of printhead to a substrate. DT technology transfers thermal energy to a thermosensetive element of thermo labels. TT technology uses thermal transfer ribbon for transfer of colour to an imprinted material, employing heat.

We offer thermo and thermal transfer printers such as GODES, CITIZEN and ZEBRA, which are designed for a print of a small number of copies, and all-metal printers used in industrial branches. Printers have standard print resolution of 200 and 300 dpi (8 and 12 dots/mm). We also provide a resolution of 400 and 600 dpi. Width of a printhead is from 54 to 219,5 mm, at the print speed from 50,4 to 254 mm/s. Printers can be equipped with a internal flash memory and can be used without online connection to a computer. In addition, they can be also equipped with the ethemet interface for integration of printers in system applications. We also offer accessories to printers, such as winders, mechanical label applicators and label feeders.

THERMAL TRANSFER RIBBON

Thermal transfer ribbon are used for label print in thermal transfer printers. They are suitable for print of various types of labels, including smooth and WAX, WAX-RESIN and RESIN materials. We offer WAX, WAX-RESIN, RESIN and other non-nonstandard ribbons (colour, metallic, textile-apllicable ones, etc.).
